DYNAMAX LTA 3EP lubricant is made on the basis of refined mineral oil with a viscosity of approx. 150 cSt/40°C with the use of a thickening agent based on lithium soaps and other additives guaranteeing improved lubrication, antioxidant, anti-corrosion properties, thermal stability and EP high pressure load. Temperature range of use: from -30°C to +130°C.
Even under high pressure, the lubricant maintains its mechanical structure, forms a stable lubricating film, does not leak from the lubrication point. Thanks to the additives, has excellent resistance against static water in wet and humid environments and at the same time provides protection against corrosion. Compatible with yellow metals. Thanks to its properties, helps extend the life of the machine.
Intended for the lubrication of rolling bearings working under high loads and high pressures where radial force is applied (rolling mills, presses, crushers) but also for less loaded bearings, which are, however, exposed to shock loads and vibrations in mobile technology and industry. Especially suitable for road and rail vehicle bearings. Also suitable for the lubrication of small gears with light to medium loads and other lubrication points, including screw connections.
